We agree the cloud, data and AI processing, recovery, availability and contact arrangements upfront. Your cloud and external provider costs are separate from the APPSS subscription.
For Enterprise and Building your platform, we define the development service in the proposal. We prioritise together, work on one improvement at a time and test before release. We agree scope and development cycles upfront; new standalone applications and major migrations have their own delivery scope.
No. Setup is a one-time delivery scope. Afterwards, you pay €295 per month for Dedicated as a Service, €495 for Managed Sovereign Cloud or the agreed offer for Enterprise or your platform. The quote defines duration, cancellation, external costs and any general indexation.
One-time delivery includes your complete business design for the application, your business rules and your own client-facing frontend. This starts at €3,500; connected processes start at €7,500. Building your platform is on request. The server subscription covers the agreed environment and subsequent operations.
